How common is depression/anxiety?

The results are staggering!  If you're feeling anxious or depressed you're certainly not alone!  Over the course of a lifetime the chances that a person should've been diagnosed at some point with clinical anxiety is approximately 1 in 4; for clinical depression the odds are 1 in 5.
